I am not a corporation, and I am definitely not an AI. I am a researcher and a writer with a single goal: to help families navigate the confusing public records system.

You don’t have time to sift through “fluff” or 2,000-word essays generated by a computer. You just need the link, the phone number, and the truth.
Why I Do This Manually
In an age where 90% of the internet is being flooded with AI-generated content, I take pride in doing things the “hard way.”

I write every guide by hand. If I say a jail roster updates every 15 minutes, it’s because I watched it update.
It takes me longer to write these guides than the big corporate sites, but I believe accuracy is worth the effort.
